If you need a LARGE hand truck, this one is excellent.I purchased this to move rocks around my property when building a rock retaining wall.

It is WIDE (2 ft) and TALL (>5 ft) and has a very large base and integrated wheel fenders/protectors.The tires are much bigger than a typical hand truck.Rolls easily over rough terrain.

As long as you don't intend to use it in your house or go through interior doors with it, this is well worth the price.

The shipping brings it up to around $150.I think it will last forever.It is at least twice as good than the plastic "600 pound" (yeah right) variety from the home improvement store.The metal wheels are nice and it has knobby treads.

I was able to move 300 pound boulders with ease.

Review of Milwaukee 44915 800-Pound Capacity Heavy Duty P-Handle Hand Truck with 10-Inch Pneumatics and 18-Inch ToePlate

The only thing I don't understand about this purchase is why I waited so long to get it. It is every thing it says it is and more. I had borrowed neighbor's carts heretofore, but my new one has balloon tires. What a difference they make. Definitely a great buy.

Review of Milwaukee Hand Trucks 40620 Flow Back Handle Promo Truck With Poly Bag Holder and 8 Inch Semi Pneumatics

We've been remodeling the house during the past three years. Early on, I felt the need for an inexpensive hand truck to move heavy objects about. I looked around and found a variety available. I opted for this model (identical to this one, but without the bag holder). I guess I selected it because I thought I needed only a light duty truck and the cost was lower. That was a mistake. I should have bought the heavier duty model with pneumatic tires and a handle.

This hand truck is sturdy and well made. I have no complaints here. The problem is that it is difficult to use on any object with any heft. I tried moving the old fridge and several other large objects and it proved to be very difficult. The truck lacks a handle, except for the slightly bent back upper portion. The load rating is listed as 250 pounds (more than the fridge weight). If the object has any size, however, moving it with this hand truck can be very difficult. What was I thinking? Having a hand truck is very useful, but this one has proven inadequate for my needs again and again. Well, that's not the hand truck's fault, it's mine for choosing such a light-duty model. My suggestion might be that if you're in need of a small general-purpose hand truck for use around the house and garden, opt for a larger model with pneumatic tires. And be sure to get one with a handle. You'll find it far more satisfactory than this one.

Review of Milwaukee Hand Truck - 500-Lb. Capacity, Nylon/Poly, Convertible, Model# 40611

Good value for the money, especially for light duty. Switching between handtruck and dolly mode is a bit of a pain, though -- the two pins holding the handle in place are the main problem.

I worked for an antique dealer (who also did clean-outs) for a couple years and I've used alot of hand-trucks.The keys to a good hand truck are: 1) Durable wheels/axle and 2) Ease of use.The Milwaukee model exceeded my expectations on both counts, particularly the inclusion of wheel guards to prevent rubbing.Just make sure you pump up the tires when it arrives.

Review of Milwaukee Hand Trucks 47186 Dual Loop Handle Truck With 8 Inch Ace Tuf

Very good hand cart! I borrowed this cart from my friend and used it for the entire stretch of moving which frankly lasted more than 2 weeks as i was doing it all on my own. I used it to move things down to the basement storage and it never gave me any back ache like the others did and it is an excellent stair climber.
