Works great for not having to get a new hard hat, and washing my old hardhat in the dishwasher just wasn't getting me the results I wanted anymore.Heats up your forehead a little, but very soft also.Have bought twice for me and twice for a co-worker so far in case I'm too lazy to wash timely.Not a bad price for what you get.
