Shipping was very prompt and packaging was superb. The item itself, although there is not much you can do to mess up a furniture dolly, the item I recieved was nice. It was put together well and the parts were all quality parts. I looked at making my own andthe casters alone will run you over $10 a whack, so this is a graet deal for a nice and solid furniture dolly.
