I have just received this package and the box and item are both damaged.I am unable to use the box to return this item as it has been smashed and cart is damaged so badly that we are unable to attach the wheels to it. I cannot stress how disappointedand I feel that in every way, this was the poorest service I have received from UPS and Amazon.
