The cart arrived the day after I ordered it (ten stars!) but without instructions (2 stars) which meant that I wasn't sure whether to put the swivel wheels on the front or the back (1 star) but I looked up a similar products review and it recommended putting them on in front (5 stars for that review) so I put it together with my rachet wrench (0 stars for making the back wheel housing hard to use a ratchet wrench in) and opened it up but then couldn't fold the handle back down (-20 stars) until the next day, when I figured out that I had to push down on the bar between the back wheels to fold the handle back down (5 stars for me).So, I am now the happy owner of a platform truck with a folding handle instead of very unhappy customer who is removing the pins on the handle in preparation for returning it .... and all of this drama could have been avoided with a simple instruction sheet!Click Here to see more reviews about: Folding Platform Truck, 660 Lb, 36"x24 3/4", Blue/Gray (SPR02040) Category: Platform Trucks
