The telescoping platform only worked for a few months. It relies on a small metal clip that is easily bent. It can be a little difficult to steer too. My cart finally lost bearings from the wheels so I had to throw it out. I owned it for about 3 years and used it on average for 2 deliveries from my auto to an office building.
