The hand truck/ladder is versatile but can be dangerous as there is no way to lock the hand truck in the down position so that when you remove a load it can fall over easily and hurt someone or break something. There is also no way to lock it in place to be able to place your load on it. Once you get the load on it works fine, but removing the load is difficult. The ladder is awesome as well, but a little difficult to store because of the size of the wheels.
