This is a good idea in concept, but if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true.The description says this item converts easily from one form to another - I did not find this to be true.To reverse the loading plate, you must remove 4 bolts and 8 nuts (4 of the nuts were missing from the box; I had to supply my own).There are no instructions, just a piece of paper showing what each configuration should look like.If shipping was not so prohibitive, this item would be going back to the seller today.If I got a do-over on this, I would have bought a separate hand truck and a separate flat cart.As it is, I will most likely buy a light weight, foldable hand truck and leave this one configured as a flat cart.Click Here to see more reviews about: Multi Function 5 In 1 Convertible Hand Truck
