Seems unlikely that someone could "innovate" a utility knife but the folks at Sheffield sure did! I picked up the lower priced verson at Wal-Mart and loved the thing so much that I ordered the Premium verson for every day use. You can replace the utility blade with a very unique and what appears to be very safe (at least so far for me) cam type mechanism. Simple and easy! What a great way to keep your "knife" sharp...just replace the blade with standard utility blades. The blade also locks open so you don't have to worry about the thing closing on your fingers.
